Track Your Order: The Progress of Your ARC

When you invest in an ARC BEAuty package, you aren't just buying a file; you are investing in a process. We believe in total transparency, and we want you to know exactly where your "Career ARC" stands at every moment. Because our products are bespoke digital services (not physical items), our tracking system works differently than a standard courier.
Stage 1: Order Confirmed & Questionnaire Sent Within 1 hour of your purchase on our Shopify store, you will receive a confirmation email. Attached to this is your "Career History Questionnaire." Your order progress is officially paused until you return this form.
Stage 2: The Drafting Phase (In Progress) Once Phenyo receives your questionnaire, your project enters the "Drafting" stage. This is where the magic happens. We are busy researching your industry, selecting your keywords, and designing your layout. On your Shopify account dashboard, your order will marked as "Processing."
Stage 3: Review & Refinement A first draft will be sent to your email (pmoletsane1@gmail.com). You now have the opportunity to review the "beauty" of the work. You can request changes or approve the draft. During this stage, your order remains "Partially Fulfilled."
Stage 4: Final Polishing & Delivery Once you approve the draft, we perform a final proofread and SEO check for LinkedIn. We then send your final pack (PDF and Word formats).
How to Check Status
- Login: Go to arc-beautystore.myshopify.com and log into your account.
- Order History: View your current order status.
- WhatsApp Track: For a real-time human update, WhatsApp "Status [Order Number]" to 0750970131. You will receive a reply from Phenyo within a few hours.
Lead Time Reminder Please remember that standard "Launch ARC" packages take 3-5 business days. If you are on Day 2, rest assured your ARC is being crafted with the highest attention to detail!
